5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time for Canada & USA is 10–20 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

  • Pop&Pick is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Pop&Pick.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Termination
